Expectations of a cast performer
While this is one of the most fun and rewarding jobs many of us will ever work, it is still a job and does require commitment.
Cast members must complete all requirements in order to receive their participant ID on Site Day (August 25, 2024). Members who have not may be asked to help at the Front Gate, Children's Realm, or other duties to make up those hours until completed (unless prior arrangements have been made with the Cast Manager or Entertainment Director).
- 40 Hours of Promotional work - this can be in the form of Promos, Parades, onsite work days, and other events helping the Festival.
- 40 Hours of Festival training - this will be in the form of Auditions, Academies, Cast Exchanges, Workshops, and other specifically assigned dates.
